Unique filming and reception venue in Paris 12th arrondissement

In the heart of the 12th arrondissement, just a stone’s throw from the Bastille, the Opéra and the Viaduc des Arts, this 144 m² flat is ideal for both location scouting and filming. The rooms flow seamlessly into one another, offering distinct settings that are ideal for both wide shots and close-ups.
