An atypical and professional open space with a glass roof of 30 m², bright and friendly, in the heart of Montpellier. You'll have a workstation in an exceptional setting, with access to our unique 80m² rooftop terrace and restaurant area.

Light as a source of inspiration
This 30m² open space opens out under a listed Haussmann-style glass roof. Natural light floods into the space, giving your days a fluid rhythm, conducive to concentration and creativity. Each workstation has been designed to combine comfort and efficiency.

A setting that's both open and intimate
Old-fashioned volumes interact with contemporary fittings to create a unique atmosphere. A table in the guinguette style for solo work, modern tables for groups, a phone box dedicated to calls: the space can be adapted to suit your activity, while retaining a warm and refined identity.

Because great ideas are also born in the simplicity of a break, the space has its Coffee corner and its fully equipped kitchen to you. These moments of relaxation become natural opportunities to meet and chat with other coworkers.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible:If the booker cancels up to 14 days before the event, they will be refunded 90% of the full price of the booking.

If the booker cancels between 7 and 14 days before the event, they will be refunded 50% of the full price of the booking.

If the booker cancels 7 days or less before the event, they will not receive a refund.
