- 60 folding chairs
- 8 tables with trestles
- Microwave oven
- Mini fridge

- Catering available but no cooking on site
- Access to 2 toilets
- Access to a comfortable waiting room: poufs, chairs, tables, reversible air conditioning and heating.

The studios are available for hire for all your professional and private functions

Events : Birthdays, baby showers, tea dances, seminars, company meetings or other events
Dance/Theatre: Rehearsals, private lessons and dance courses not offered by our dance school
Possible hire times :
Monday to Friday (except Wednesday): 9.30am to 5pm
Saturday: from 12.00 to 1.00
Sunday: 10am to 1am

Rental rates* :

> Half-day pro/private events (5h) :
Room 1 (95m²): max. 60 people = €600 (integrated light show)
Room 2 (65m²): 40 people max = €500
Room 3 (55m²): 25 people max = €450

> Rehearsals, private lessons, dance/theatre courses (1h) :
Room 1 (95m²) = €40
Room 2 (65m²) = €30
Room 3 (55m²) = €25

How to book :

Cleaning fee (compulsory): €100
Deposit: 1000€ (cheque or credit card imprint)
50% to be paid in advance, the remainder to be paid on site on D-day
Payment methods accepted: cheques, cash, bank transfer or PayPal

Additional "Deco" option:
Would you like to create a special atmosphere for your event? The venue works in partnership with decorators who can offer you a decoration service for your special events: birthdays, baby showers, tea dances, etc.
Add the decoration option to the form if you are interested and we will send you a specific quote for this option based on your requirements.

Additional "Entertainment" option:
Would you like to add some magic to your event? Our team can offer you an "entertainment" option: dance teachers for private lessons or children's entertainers. Rates: €100/hour
