Located in the heart of Sophia Antipolis, the Villa des Amandiers offers the ideal setting for events of all kinds.
Perched on the heights of the technology park, our building offers you a relaxing space on its terrace to enjoy the beautiful sunshine of our region.

At your disposal: a large petanque court that completes the airy, country-style outdoor space, as well as a cocooning indoor area
Inside: capacity of 50/60 seated people
Outside: capacity of 100+ people

The villa comprises
- a 30m² room with a bar opening onto the terrace and a professional kitchen
- a large 90m² L-shaped room on the ground floor opening onto a second terrace
- a meeting room for up to 18 people on the first floor with a small terrace
Our meeting room is on the first floor. It is equipped with a TV with HDMI connection, flipchart, whiteboard and Wi-Fi.

The villa has no bedrooms.
