Villa Les Camoins: Elegant Garden Venue with Pool in Marseille

Ideally situated in the heart of the village of Les Camoins, in a quiet, wooded neighbourhood, our villa will charm you with its spacious rooms and breathtaking views of the hills of Marseille.
Blending modernity and tradition, the 1,700 m² of outdoor space boasts a simple yet elegant style, surrounded by stone walls and small terraces – perfect for a day by the pool, lunch in the shade of the reed fences, a game of pétanque with friends or a festive dinner.

The following facilities are at your disposal:

1) Outdoors:
- 2 large tables seating 8 people + 3 small tables seating 4 people.
- 29 chairs
- 6 sun loungers and 2 children’s deckchairs;
- 2 garden seating sets, each seating 4 people, with 2 coffee tables;
- 3 large white parasols;
- 2 Weber charcoal barbecues;
- 1 large electric griddle with an extension lead.
It is possible to hire additional equipment (tables, side tables, high tables, marquees, etc.). We have a contact for this if required.


2°) Interior:
The interior of the villa remains private and is not available for hire, but we offer you access to one room (unair-conditioned) which includes:
- A fully equipped kitchen with:
Oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine (please bring your own Nespresso capsules), induction hobs, two fridge-freezers including a large American-style fridge for storing food and drinks, an ice machine, etc...
Crockery hire for up to 23 people available at an additional flat-rate fee (plates, glasses, wine glasses, cutlery, napkins, tablecloths, bread basket, etc.)
- A shower area for use after swimming in the pool,
- Toilet

A large private car park with around fifteen spaces, plus a few spaces available outside the property.

A large pétanque court (we can lend you boules if you need them)

This is an ideal venue for family gatherings (christenings, birthdays, etc.) with a reasonable limit of 30 people, up to a maximum of 35.
Children are, of course, very welcome.
