It is the newest addition to the series of spaces of the same name, Work&Home. This time take advantage of a large atypical loft of almost 300m2, always atypical and confidential.

Immerse yourself in one of the old Testud factories and discover the cozy world of a storefront window which reveals behind the shop a large private loft where we find the characteristics of an old worker's apartment, redesigned with taste and character !

This large loft with glass roof, located halfway between Place de la Bastille and Place de la République, is composed of a very cozy boutique/pop-up store type entrance, a furnished and green corridor which opens onto a large industrial living room, very bright and modular as desired. A warm adjoining kitchen allows all types of team activities and gives free rein to the expression of our partner chefs, for your cocktails. Finally, a large playground made up of all the craziest things can delight all employees to create moments of laughter and anchor memories. This space can be transformed into a breakout room thanks to a billiard table that can be covered. Finally, enter the world of a former Testud worker by accessing the apartment, located upstairs on R+1. A large living/dining room makes up this space as well as a period kitchen and a large refurbished bedroom. All of the spaces in this atypical, fully modular venue can meet all your needs, from meeting rooms, filming locations, event space, etc.

This Parisian loft has been furnished with designer and functional furniture and several rooms are available to host meetings and seminars, workshops, workshops, training but also product presentations and productions of all kinds, filming and photo shoots.
