Quantstamp wanted to organize three distinct events on the same day. The goal was clear: maximize their presence at ETHCC while minimizing logistical headaches.
The schedule kicked off with a breakfast for the team and partners. This was followed by a midday networking event designed for informal exchanges with other ETHCC attendees. Finally, Quantstamp envisioned a high-end private dinner for colleagues and VIP clients to wrap up the day in style.

With a capacity for 150 guests and an inventive menu featuring wood-fired meats and fish, fresh ceviche, and creative cocktails, the venue ticked every box.
The icing on the cake? Located just a stone's throw from the Palais des Festivals, it offered effortless access to the heart of the ETHCC action.

In 2025, ETHCC (Ethereum Community Conference) was held in Cannes for the first time. The conference, Europe's largest dedicated to the Ethereum ecosystem and Web3, transformed the city from June 30th to July 4th.

For this occasion, Zama, a cryptography-focused unicorn, contacted us to organize an event.

The company planned to host **A Breakfast event** for 30 to 40 people. The event needed to be held at a high-quality venue and required a microphone for presentations.

This venue is an exclusive restaurant-bar, hidden behind a discreet facade, offering an intimate setting. Equipped with all the necessary material for a professional event (chairs, screen, microphones, speakers, etc.), it was an ideal location for an effective gathering.

The event was a success with an unexpected turnout: the number of attendees doubled compared to initial forecasts. The managers had anticipated the high attendance by adding extra food, drinks, and a security agent at the entrance, which allowed them to effortlessly manage the larger-than-expected arrival of participants.

## **✨ How It All Began ✨**

Every year, **Cannes** becomes the global spotlight for advertising, marketing, tech, and media. This city on the French Riviera doesn’t just attract the world for its film festival and red carpets.

It also hosts the **Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity**, one of the most prestigious events for the creative industry. Cannes Lions is the perfect opportunity for companies to connect with thousands of professionals, brands, agencies, and platforms during a week of conferences, networking, and private events.

This year, the **Cannes Lions** took place from **June 16 to 20, 2025**. It was in this context that **Innocean**, an international communications agency specializing in advertising, reached out to us to help them find the perfect venue for their event.

Unlike most companies looking for venues right in the middle of the action during conferences, **Innocean** wanted something more **private and upscale**, away from the crowds.

Their goal was to bring the whole team together with a **welcome cocktail**, followed by a **seated dinner for 50 guests**. They also required technical equipment for a presentation, including **microphones, a screen, or a projector**.

The team needed some last-minute support: after winning an award during one of the festival’s conferences, they wanted to celebrate with a **cake and flowers**.

Algorand Foundation, a non-profit organization based in Singapore that supports and develops the blockchain ecosystem, wanted to take advantage of this congress to host its own event.

Algorand Foundation had a clear vision and was looking for a versatile venue, with the goal of combining a cocktail party and discussion panels for their event **“#AlgoCan\[nes]“**. They needed a place close to the Palais des Festivals, able to host around one hundred guests, with an air-conditioned indoor area for panels and an outdoor space for the cocktail.
