Set in 3 hectares of parkland surrounded by fields, the estate has retained the authenticity of its past as a farm while providing the modern facilities needed for a perfect reception. An old cowshed that has retained all its features: feeding troughs, stone wall, exit onto a grassy courtyard, then the beautiful garden.

There are no time restrictions, no noise restrictions, no imposed service providers, and the estate can be totally privatised for your reception.

Here is a summary of what we have to offer:

- 170 m2 reception room with entertainment area, fully equipped with sound and lighting equipment, video projector & white screen. Wifi connection.

- 3 rectangular tables for 20 people + round tables for 8/10 people and Napoleon III style chairs

- Adjoining open space for buffet or cloakroom of 30 m2

- Office for caterer. We work with a range of caterers and can provide you with a quote for your breakfast, coffee break and lunch requirements.

- 1200 m2 outdoor reception area in front of the hall for aperitifs or relaxation breaks

- Parking for 90 cars, signposted and on site

- 2 hectares of landscaped grounds for cocktails for up to 250 people. Tennis court (optional)

- Plan B for rainy weather: several marquees (optional)

- Wifi in all common areas

Our room hire price includes all the services listed above (excluding options), heating and cleaning of the room,

We offer you an ideal location to bring your teams together in the centre of France: Orléans = 70 km, Bourges and Auxerre = 80 km, Paris = 150 km (2 km from the A.77 exit and 4 km from the Paris->Nevers SNCF station).

Guests from far and wide will be delighted to stay in one of the beautiful rooms, and families will be happy to put down their suitcases in one of the estate's gîtes. The 11 bedrooms in total can accommodate 31 guests.

The estate is private for receptions, so there is no risk of disturbing or being disturbed by other guests.
